# Account and billing (https://webmetic.de/docs/en/konto)

Everything that concerns your whole account is in the dashboard under **Menu** (gear icon) in the top right. Your own settings, such as profile, password, and language, are in your profile menu, which opens when you click your name or initials in the top right. ## Who sees what [#who-sees-what]

An account has two roles, Admin and **User**:

- Whoever registers the account is an admin. Anyone who joins the account later starts with the **User** role.
- Only admins see [**Menu** > **Billing**](https://app.webmetic.de/?menu=subscription) and **Menu** > **Integrations**. All users see [**Menu** > **Usage**](https://app.webmetic.de/?menu=usage), but only admins book a different plan.
- All users can send companies to connected tools and connect the AI assistant with their own login.
- Under **Menu** > **Company**, only admins see **DPA** and **SSO settings**.
- Any user can buy credits. For details, see [Credits](https://webmetic.de/docs/en/credits).
- If a partner manages your account, the partner decides which menu items you see. If your partner bills your account, you don't see **Billing**.
