Made in Germany

Your B2B data belongs to you.
Not to US corporations.

Webmetic is the B2B marketing intelligence platform developed and hosted entirely in Germany. Full data sovereignty, no dependencies, and legal certainty.

100% German servers
No US subprocessors
No US cloud

Why digital sovereignty matters now

78% of German companies believe they are too dependent on foreign cloud providers. The risks are real.

The CLOUD Act and more

The US CLOUD Act allows US authorities to access data held by US companies, whether the servers are in Frankfurt or California. EU data centers offer no protection when the provider is American.

Geopolitical risks

Political decisions can restrict access to services overnight. Companies that depend on foreign infrastructure have no control when it matters most.

Vendor lock-in

Large technology corporations deliberately make switching difficult. Your marketing data, lead lists, and insights become trapped in proprietary formats.

How Webmetic protects your data sovereignty

As a German company with German infrastructure, we give you full control of your B2B marketing data without compromising functionality or performance.

  • German data centers only

All data is processed exclusively in German data centers in Nuremberg and Frankfurt. No data leaves Germany.

  • No US subprocessors

Our entire supply chain is free of US companies. Foreign data-access laws do not apply to us.

  • Independent of US hyperscalers

We deliberately choose German hosting partners instead of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Company data only

Webmetic processes company data only, not personal data. This makes compliance significantly simpler.

Frequently asked questions about digital sovereignty

What does digital sovereignty mean for my company?

Digital sovereignty means retaining full control of your data and digital processes. You are not dependent on foreign providers whose legal position may change, and you can access and export your data at any time.

Why is the server location alone not enough?

Physical server location is only part of the equation; the company's jurisdiction is decisive. When a US company operates servers in the EU, US authorities may still request access under certain laws. This risk does not apply to Webmetic, a German company with German subprocessors.

Do I need to obtain consent for Webmetic?

No. Webmetic processes company data only—company names, industries, and visit behavior—not personal data. Processing is based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Webmetic does not require a cookie banner or consent tool.

Can I export my data at any time?

Yes. Our API gives you complete access to all your data at any time. At the end of the contract, all data can be fully deleted or transferred to you on request, with a documented audit trail.

Does Webmetic provide a data processing agreement?

Yes. We conclude an individual DPA under Article 28 GDPR with every customer. It documents all technical and organizational measures and provides the legal certainty you need for audits and compliance evidence.
