Connect on LinkedInFounder and managing director since 2025
Yannik Süß founded Webmetic in January 2025 and still works on the product himself. Webmetic identifies which companies visit a website, without cookies, and adds company data to each of them. Smart Pages builds on that and rewrites a website's copy for the exact company that is viewing it.
XPRIZE and Google selected Smart Pages for the top 20 of the Small Business Services category at Build with Gemini XPRIZE. Since October 2026, Webmetic has been one of 21 teams in the AI NATION Accelerator.
Once a month he writes the Founder's Update about what is new and why it was built.
More than 20 years in web, e-commerce and data
Yannik Süß opened his first online shop at the age of 16. He later founded Intent GmbH, which builds websites and online shops for companies.
Before Webmetic he worked as an external IT Analytics Manager for Messe München, where he was responsible for the digital analytics of trade fairs such as IAA Mobility and bauma.
He holds a Master of Science in Strategic IT Management from Arden University and is a doctoral candidate at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, researching gamification in online shop checkouts. The experiments ran at Porsche Lifestyle Group from 2024 to 2026.
