Account and billing
Manage your plan, billing, users, and websites in the dashboard under Menu and in your profile menu.
Everything that concerns your whole account is in the dashboard under Menu (gear icon) in the top right. Your own settings, such as profile, password, and language, are in your profile menu, which opens when you click your name or initials in the top right. If you want to know what your plan includes, start with Plans.
Who sees what
An account has two roles, Admin and User:
- Whoever registers the account is an admin. Anyone who joins the account later starts with the User role.
- Only admins see Menu > Billing and Menu > Integrations. All users see Menu > Usage, but only admins book a different plan.
- All users can send companies to connected tools and connect the AI assistant with their own login.
- Under Menu > Company, only admins see DPA and SSO settings.
- Any user can buy credits. For details, see Credits.
- If a partner manages your account, the partner decides which menu items you see. If your partner bills your account, you don't see Billing.
